Good morning only been company a short time no problem everyone has been great with me have a great day
I had been with Allstate for 5 years and had been a pretty good relationship with my ex- agent in FL. However she retired in 2022 and I switched to Columbus GA local agent- Lanitra who we had never had a chance to speak with directly, with left VM to representatives and front desks in her office and had not received no call back. If you want to find an agent with no response, she would be a perfect choice.
Any interaction with Lanitra and/or staff has been pleasant, informative and stress free. I’d recommend her for all insurance needs.
