I had to contact Allstate on numerous occasions to remove my deceased husband and to place my son on the policy. This started in May and David was removed and a letter sent to me last week. I have yet to see that my son has been added to the policy.

I need inform you that Allstate agents are fake. Never trust them. They will even double the price and never be able to be reached. This is a kind of insurance scam.
