They falsely claim they cannot remove a vehicle with out cancelation of the plates The RMV says throw the plate away they are not giving receipts out Similar thing happened to my 97 bmw it was removed with no problem Yet if you don't pay for your insurance they cancel your insurance anyways lol.....
