This company is not responsive. I tried for two weeks to get a response. Emails, appointment requests, and voicemails go unanswered. I finally got a person to answer the phone and was met with a person who refused to believe that my requests went unanswered. Although the person did help me with what I needed with my current policy, I am back to unanswered calls for my current need.
I've been with this agent since I moved into my house in 2005. Always super responsive, always treated well, and the couple of claim I had were handled perfectly and timely.
This company is absolutely terrible. Their costumer service is non existent, communication is severely lacking. Had an issue with one payment but never missed a single one since becoming a customer and all the sudden on 03/12/25 I'm getting a notice after almost 5 years of dedication that my insurance was not reinstated for 03/01/2025.
