My short experience was sadly disappointing. Not very friendly, while speaking with Krista, she quickly said something couldn't understand, then put me on hold for over 10.mins before I hung up.
I had been with this agency for about 10 years, and for a long time I had a very positive experience working with Jamaica. Unfortunately, after she left, the quality of service went significantly downhill. When my husband passed away at only 45, I had to contact the office to remove his name from policies and make other changes. They suck, I being there twice and they cancel my car insurance without letting me me know, a month goes by and when I notice I came to the office and give them a change to work wherever out , paid extra transfer me to a cheap insurance to start the insurance again, a month later I am in the same boat they cancel , but this time they keep taking my money out in automated billing and my insurance is cancel and they rude and very unprofessional.
