My short experience was sadly disappointing. Not very friendly, while speaking with Krista, she quickly said something couldn't understand, then put me on hold for over 10.mins before I hung up.
I had been with this agency for about 10 years, and for a long time I had a very positive experience working with Jamaica. Unfortunately, after she left, the quality of service went significantly downhill. When my husband passed away at only 45, I had to contact the office to remove his name from policies and make other changes. That was an incredibly difficult time, and I was disappointed that the interaction felt purely transactional. I never received even a simple condolence or acknowledgment.
