Please Read***Allstate Claim: 000799509681, we reached out to our claim adjuster, Monday September 29 2025. We left a message for Hakeem to call us back. We asked that he call us at one of the three numbers listed on his voice mail. He called and left a message on our home number, he knows that we work, this is the reason we gave him three numbers and asked that he call us on the cell number. Please beware ***we were referred to this location 9478 Mansfield Rd. Allstate Insurance by a friend and now we see that it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. We have storm damage done to our home this spring and summer. The inspector came out to inspect my home. The adjuster who reviewed my claim name is Hakeen. The inspector marked and founded damage to the roof. Hakeen (the adjuster) rejected approval of damage to the roof and payment amount to get the roof repaired. He was the hardest person to contact.
