I had been using Allstate for several years. I decided to change providers and made multiple attempts to contact Mr. Moore. He never responded. I wanted digital correspondence and he would not reply. I called Allstate directly they canceled my policy. I was owed 3 months of coverage. Do NOT use.
Kraig Moore is by far the best Allstate, I mean insurance agent there is. I highly suggest using his agency for all your insurance needs.
I had been a long time customer of Kraig Moore, until recently. The unprofessionalism that I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with lately from Kraig has been absurd. I recently purchased a car and had thought I set up automatic payments when I guess I did not. I had to call him to ask why my payments weren’t taken out.
