I had been a long time customer of Kraig Moore, until recently. The unprofessionalism that I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with lately from Kraig has been absurd. I recently purchased a car and had thought I set up automatic payments when I guess I did not. I had to call him to ask why my payments weren’t taken out. I switched from State Farm to Allstate and, have very honestly, never looked back. The customer service with Kraig and his team, and really Allstate in general, has been unmatched and I'm constantly telling my friends and family to make the move. Whether it's policies or claims (and I've had both) I've never had to worry. I'm so glad I decided to look at other options that day because it's so incredibly comforting to know, especially with how things are in the world nowadays, that I'm really, actually in good hands.
