The folks at this office are great but Allstate is a terrible insurance company. My homeowners policy has gone up 140% in 10 years - you call and ask why and you get no reason. What a Bait and switch - all insurance companies make switching so difficult. Every year I get the renewal, I regret leaving my former insurance company. BEWARE
