Great customers service. Easy to open policy and very responsive.
Kim is the best agent I've ever dealt with, and I've been driving for decades, I've kept her as my agent for years now, she is so helpful, and empathetic when your going through a crisis as I did last year. The company itself can be a bit crass, but Kimberly was there to mediate my hurt feelings and get the job done. After having an agent such as Kim, I doubt Ill ever find another one this good, she's a treasure. If your needing car insurance in WV, this is the girl to talk to.
