I've been an Allstate customer with Kimberley's office for over 15 years. She and her team have always provided fantastic service and help when needed. I have had multiple claims during that time and mostly they were handled by Allstate without issue and to my satisfaction. Recently I did have a claim where two of my vehicles were hit while parked in the same incident. Firstly, Allstate/Universal North Insurance informed me last Oct. ‘20 that I overpaid. That is being honest and professional of them to inform me that I overpaid. Secondly, the company refunded me immediately. Thirdly, given my forgetfulness, I called to inquire this Jan. ‘21 to find out what happened to the refund as I couldn’t find it in my usual checking account.
