I have been a customer with Allstate many years ago and now I'm back. I have always been satisfied with them. I've never experienced my insurance going up without and valid explanation why they were always upfront with me and that's all I have ever want from any business I may deal with, so when they say you are in good hands with Allstate trust me it's true.
Didn't have much interaction through the years, but when I did, the service was good.
