This agency was great until I had to file a claim when a tree went through my roof. Security First whom the contract with to provide home owners insurance has one of the worst rating in Florida and 31 complaints with the better business bureau. They would not contact me back for over a month and half after the appraisal and then sent a deadline for proof that it was completed with a deadline.
