If I could give 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend that if you are shopping for insurance or are currently with this agency, please look else where. Solid customer for over 8 years. As time progressed we were hit with the excuse of "due to higher volume of claims in your area, your policy has increased.". Payments would vary by about $10 per month, always up, never down. I initially had a positive experience with this agency, and the savings were great at the beginning. However, over time, the promised savings began to diminish, which I understand may not be entirely within the control of an independent agency. I was instructed not to make a payment for 30 days, with the assurance that they would resolve the issue during that time.
