I just switched over to Allstate today from Geico after being with them for 6 years, and I have to say… I am absolutely blown away. On my very first day with Allstate, my car broke down and I honestly panicked. I remembered my agent Kim telling me, “No matter what time it is, just call me.” So, I did. I honestly don’t need to go in depth about the level of professionalism because, the responses speak for themselves. What I can attest to is that this local office is extremely hard to reach even after leaving voicemails and yes, it was the local number not a 1-800 number. Secondly, if for any reason you decide to take your service elsewhere be informed that you will not be reimbursed and given excuses as to why they can’t refund you.
