Been a customer of this agency for 15+ years. They have always provided excellent service and I've referred many people over the years. Highly recommend.
Horrible service, consistently waiting on call backs. I called to remove one vehicle and my entire policy was canceled. Then waited for ever to know how much my policy would be for them to ultimately just send me to collection, because I was never notified of a past balance. Still waited 2 weeks for a call back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I can’t believe that a person can be fully insured, get into an accident and have bill collectors harass them anyway. It’s simply unreal what a bizarre and dystopian world we live in.
That Kevin promised call me back within hour but never did it. Never called me back to help with my documentations on my Cars insurance policy, as soon as figure out what I have problem with documents, and my original Agency permanently closed. Terrible service.
