Very friendly and organized
Allstate is by far the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with when you actually have a claim. It doesn't seem like one end of the company knows what the other end is doing. I was called Nest the same questions 5 or 6 times. After paying for full coverage for 3 years without a claim the first time I make one but only approved for $30 a day for a rental even though the cheapest car you could possibly get is more expensive than that.
