My first negative review somehow disappeared so I will write again. I have been a long time customer and have routinely been mistreated by this agency. Anytime I have needed to file a claim there is no support. Customer service is rude and it is very difficult to get in touch for claim updates. Most recently my car was victim to a hit and run. A police report was filed to document the incident and I opened a claim with Allstate. Allstate was unable to help find a repair shop and suggested I locate my own via Google. I did an... read more
The worst group of people I have ever worked with. My truck was wrecked in November and it is now Feb 12,2024 and nothing has been resolved. They have the worst follow up with customers and I am still not sure why I had to be the one calling them and the body shop. When confronting them about issues they said they would look into all I got was a bunch of stuttering lies because nothing was followed up.
