When we first contacted Kenny Kinzler after a recommendation from a neighbor, he was helpful and engaged. Within the last couple years, we call and he won't call us back. When we've had a claim, there's no personal communication, no options to pay rather than having insurance cover it. Horrible office and they charge average $100 over others cost for car insurance and these adjusters are not honest. So.. I highly recommend hiring your own contractors during insurance claims on your homes and businesses.
A fireman stopped by to make cash payment between seasons and lacking digital networks. The hard earned cash is no good for Allstate... They promised me this is a very liquid currency when I paid my taxes... Allstate don't care. P.S. re reply by "Kenneth" Kenneth, you were nowhere near the office.
