Beware of hiring Ken Madison. My homeowners insurance went up $1,300+ per month without notice and Ken completely ignored all of my calls and emails when I was looking for information as to why that happened. When I finally got ahold of him after weeks of making attempts to reach him, I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and he told me that he was very angry with me for canceling. Ken has been a great agent for us and Allstate works much better for the amount of driving we do. Thank you, Ken!
Not a fan of Allstate, but we needed insurance help and Ken did a fantastic job of explaining everything and making sure we understood. He put us in contact with the people we needed to talk to and had very helpful feedback and advice. We are still planning on switching to American Family Insurance but would recommend Ken to anyone.
