I bought an Allstate policy through Ken when I moved to the area. From day one it was a painful process. He pushed really hard to get me onto their per mile tracking program. Really hard. I appreciated the savings but didn't appreciate the push. He pushed really hard to get me to transfer my renters and pet policies to Allstate even though they could not compete on price. Beware of hiring Ken Madison. My homeowners insurance went up $1,300+ per month without notice and Ken completely ignored all of my calls and emails when I was looking for information as to why that happened. When I finally got ahold of him after weeks of making attempts to reach him, I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and he told me that he was very angry with me for canceling. After all of that he never canceled my policy and I was billed again. I needed to call Allstate directly to get it done, as he would not cancel... read more
