This place is the worst. My sister passed in November called several times secy answer phone blocking calls to agent. Explained why I was calling said leave a message she will review it. I just hung up you don't say leave a message to be reviewed after just explaining what happened. Then called couple days later again blocked call asked when agent would be in said Friday so I was like I would like to schedule an appointment then told me no just having meetings that day. They took out 4 payments for my ins!!!!!! Are they so stupid that they can’t take the extra payments off there? If it’s not straightened out Monday, I’m switching companies!!!!!!!
