After 25+years of being a happy allstate customer. My long time agent retired and I got automatically sent to Kelly Peters’s office. Since that day I have never been so unhappy with an agent. The customer service from Kelly peters office is horrible and just wants to push you off to corporate instead of helping themselves. I have transferred to a great office in Coldwater now and have never been happier. I was so unhappy with Kelly Peter’s that I almost left Allstate all together after over 25 years.
kelly and her staff do an amazing job. Even though I didnt stay with allstate, kelly quoted me and was very honest and up front from the get go. I recommend anyone looking for at least a quote to go through Kelly at Allstate and her staff!
