I had been with Kelly for one year, and though not remaining with Allstate, I want to leave a review for Kelly and her team. The reason I have chosen to go with an alternative company has nothing to do with Kelly, but rather some underwriting gaps I need covered that the Allstate company didn’t allow to be covered within my homeowner’s policy. She is a horrible excuse of a business woman.
Kelly and her team are excellent at listening to my needs and concerns and are prompt in dealing with questions. I switched over to Kelly’s agency a year ago and I am very pleased with my insurance coverage and the customer service! Highly recommend!
