Awful service. No one answers the phone and non-responsive to voice mails and emails. Prior Allstate agent was awesome and retired and somehow we ended up being assigned to this tool.
The agency lacks integrity.

Was a loyal Allstate customer for over 20 years (Buddy Milton's agency). Since Kelly took over, nothing but rate increases, unreturned phone calls and completely awful customer service. After taking my car insurance elsewhere, they sent me a letter saying they would no longer be able to cover my personal umbrella policy effective the termination date of the policy... I'm HAPPY to take my business elsewhere... I've never filed a claim on my auto, home or personal liability polices... I guess they just do not need my business!... read more
