When setting up my services, I was asked 3 times by Shayna if I needed life insurance. I declined every time. On the third time she proceeded to say your young, what about your family, if you have kids down the road? Again, that’s too far. Who’s policy is this, mine or Shayna’s? Then when at the dmv a day later, the app showed my current policy wasn’t effective until the 4th, which cause the dmv to say I need proof of current insurance.
