I received a letter today with a picture of my home and of course my address. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PUBLICIZE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY AGAIN. I'm well aware of public records, but it's not your place to highlight my home. Very much unappreciated!!
They are very professional and helpful and they helped me save money and their insurance policies were explained to me so I could choose what I needed and they never pressured me at all
Agent was pleasant and informative explaining everything I needed to know. I had various questions about the policy that they clarified. The prices were considerably lower than my previous insurance that offered no reduction at all (no tickets, accidents, clear driving record. Was our age a factor?) bye bye !;
Fussy and difficult company to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. Yikes.
