I'm not happy with Allstate. My bill keeps going up. I went from $128 monthly to $160 monthly. I called them and they did nothing. Said they raised it just because they could. I will keep comparing insurances and hope for a more fair and consistent competitor. I have no further issues but this.

I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by agent my bill is $99 (increase/decrease) a month and my concerns I have not been address after I have sent numerous emails. For my home insurance I was not advised about going to a third-party company tafco to handle my insurance and then all of a sudden I receive a cancellation policy notice in the mail I just don’t understand what type of service Allstate is providing these days. I think I deserve my entire premium back.
