I would not recommend Allstate homeowners insurance to anyone. After a severe rain and thunderstorm, my roof failed and my bedroom ceiling collapsed, causing damage throughout the room. When the adjuster came out, I was told the roof itself would not be covered, but that the damage to the contents inside my home would be. Based on that information, I spent my time taking photos, documenting every damaged item, and submitting everything they requested.
