I'm very unsatisfied with this agency, for 4 years my insurance is doing nothing but rocketing North. Never had a claim, clean driving records, nothing that I know of make my insurance goes up every 6 months. I called and asked but no clear answer!
I have been with Allstate for almost 5 years, clean driving record, no claims but my insurance keeps going up and up for no reason. I called and asked but there's no clear answer. Very frustrating and unfair.
