My agent handles both my car and home and does it expertly.
This agency does just an okay job in calling back, responding to requests or just answering the phone during regular business hours. I've asked to speak to the manager 3 days ago... still no call back. I found another insurance provider that is just as good as Allstate if not better for $120 less a month!!! I called to tell Allstate I was cancelling and after 2 years of me asking to get my insurance reduced they offered to reduce my payments by $60, which still does not compete with my new insurance company.
