Kathy is always in contact with me and very reliable.
Really odd and creepy marketing from this company. They sent an unsolicited piece of mail to me with a picture of my house on it. I already know what my house looks like so there's no point. And what I don't need is someone looking it up and sending me a picture that I feel implies, "we employ serial killers and you'll be on our episode of dateline."
