Regret even this 1 star rating. So undeserved due to horrible customer service or I should say customer nonservice. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Owner does not even respond to emails. So disappointed after all these years!
Can never contact Karim or anyone on his staff, if he has one. I wouldn't have even written this if you hadn't sent it to me! I'm switching to another office.
Can never get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. They don't service existing customers, just take it for granted you will stay with allstate .
