When I first switched insurance company I thought I like the Karen Miller location. That was until Covid hit. I lost my job and was doing the best I could with other other bills as well. I called and left messages at multiple locations and no calls back. I’ve sent multiple emails and no response back, but they will call and email you when your payment is late but can’t call back when I’m calling about my payment.
