Very easy to deal with the representative. She provided excellent information and help.
When you call them they don't answer the phone it goes to the answer machine and you leave a message and aome time they won't call you .i had that happen to me before .other wise it's a good company
Horrible, added an extra $100 to my policy JUST FOR MOVING! I confirmed with the person in the phone if my policy amount would change and she confirmed that everything will be the same now after living in my new place for a couple months they now decide to charge me more?!? BFFR! I will be switching Auto Insurances
I was a very happy customer for 4 years, until recently that changed. Unfortunately, Allstate cancel my policy because of a form I didn’t signed on time that excluded my son. There were three accidents on my account last year, two hit and runs and one was my son’s fault. Because of that form, they cancel my policy. My Allstate agent tried to appeal their decision and fail three times. Now I’m in a hardship trying to find insurance.
