When you call them they don't answer the phone it goes to the answer machine and you leave a message and aome time they won't call you .i had that happen to me before .other wise it's a good company
Horrible, added an extra $100 to my policy JUST FOR MOVING! I confirmed with the person in the phone if my policy amount would change and she confirmed that everything will be the same now after living in my new place for a couple months they now decide to charge me more?!? BFFR! I will be switching Auto Insurances
I was a very happy customer for 4 years, until recently that changed. Unfortunately, Allstate cancel my policy because of a form I didn’t signed on time that excluded my son. There were three accidents on my account last year, two hit and runs and one was my son’s fault. Because of that form, they cancel my policy. My Allstate agent tried to appeal their decision and fail three times. Now I’m in a hardship trying to find insurance.

Honestly worst insurance I’ve ever switched to after coming from State Farm. I had problems with payments that I take full accountability for so I got some fees added to my auto, once I was able to pay those off I was told I had to pay 400 in order to be up to balance and be good up until December. Paid the 400 and now here I am having to pay 200 dollars more because they didn’t tell me I had a remainder on the policy after they had just assured me everything was covered until December.
