In 2023 I had to drop Allstate after they 3x my rates. My wife and I were in a hit and run back in 2019 and they did not pay for my recovery care. I had coverage for this hit and run, but that didn’t matter. I am a good driver with no tickets or accidents plus always paid my bills. Just sad this is customer service these days. You might experience 1 or 2 good people, but in the long run they will raise your rates and not payout for things YOU ARE covered for.

I just wanted to say that l was very lucky to have Carlos Lopez answer my phone call. He was so patient and understanding. He answered all of my questions, explained it to me where I could understand it and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. I’m happy to finally have an insurance company that is well known, not just in my state but throughout the United States. I have become part of the Allstate family! Thank you Carlos for going above and beyond your duty!
