Took Allstate 6 months to process my claim for a roof replacement after the replacement was recommended by a professional. At first, Allstate tried to deny the claim, then they tried to pay out under what the roofer required to finish the job. I was given very little information throughout this process. The roofer stated that he had rarely had so much trouble getting a claim processed.
