Don't usually leave reviews, but switched over after speaking with Ellis. He was super patient and helpful working with me even though we talked a few times over days as I had to look into some things. In the end - he was professional, persistent and helped save me some $
My experience was top-tier. I just started my home and Auto with Allstate and when I tell you the agent that helped me, Mr. Ellis Jones was everything he explained everything he broke down everything and his customer service was top-tier and he make sure I had got the best deal I can get he was very helpful.
