They're halfway across the state from where I live and sent me a creepy unsolicited mailer with a picture of my house on it. Try working locally.
No actual experience with them but their unsolicited marketing (a photo of my house showing through the envelope window, and no company name in the return address on the envelope) is extremely creepy and as a result I would never work with them.
For starters they are very hard to get a hold of. Very delayed on call backs, if ever. Then you may be redirected or call the corporate number to resolve your issues and they supposedly do not communicate, nor with the all state app. So it’s kind of pointless that it’s through Allstate but this agency will say it’s not all linked, which gives bad business vibes.
