Negative 10! Raised my homeowners 1600 without even a heads up. So i made a switch of home and auto. These scumbags dropped me even after we made a transition date just to be spiteful. Called in to get my new truck switched over, they cant talk to me. Why? Im still a customer Paid up. No refund sent to me. So i called corporate. Im out here driving no insurance. Allstate, the Gibson Agency, is a very good agency. Three years ago, they reviewed all of my policies, and because I has no claims against any of my policies, they were able to lower my premiums on almost all of my policies. However, last year, and this year, my vehicle insurance has increased a great deal. I've had no accidents, so I'm not sure why? Of course, everything has gone up in price.

I have been with Allstate for a very long time, and I always have a positive experience every time i have needed them. They are always helpful and do whatever they can to make sure everything goes smoothly. Plus they even call you to wish you a happy birthday :)
