When I contacted the agency seeking assistance with an extension and the possibility of reinstating my policy, I was given information that I now believe was incorrect and inconsistent with the information I received from Allstate customer service. We called him on April 1st. We asked why our bill was $180 instead of $165 like usual and he said there was a late fee. He told us to just pay the $165 and that we were good. All of a sudden on the 19th of this month I lost my policy over that decision. Josh you know you where wrong for this

They got info from one of their “sources” that i drove 76k in a year, which lead to our premium going up significantly. I don’t get my car serviced. Ever. My family does everything but new tires (which hasn’t been recent). They won’t tell us who gave them the info and it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Always answered my questions followed up with paperwork very good staff to work with office right down the street from my residence have Auto and Home insurance with them.
