We did not feel rushed. We felt that there was interest in our needs, (there was patience, even in helping us to understand the new laws on car insurance,) both in determining and fulfilling our insurance needs, now and in the future. Responses are always prompt, there is very little waiting on the line or waiting for a callback. We feel we have gotten great value for our monies worth. We do mention that we have Allstate insurance and that we are happy with it to our friends. You are recommended.
