Worst agents ever! They never help with anything, only in the beginning to get your policy deposit. They can’t explain any policy changes, and get mad when you can’t understand their accents. Last straw was trying to add a vehicle to my already existing policy. They took a whole week to call me back when they said they’ll call me back in a few minutes, only to ask for the same information I had already given them.
