Allstate Insurance is the biggest scam. Allstate goes based of photos and does not send anyone out to validate the damage. I had a “accident” however there was no damage it was a minor bump to bump however out of pettiness the other driver filed a claim. Also they never seem to be available to pickup the phone, it ALWAYS gets sent to vm. Joe has been helpful when other companies weren’t always someone available.
Not great, last year I call to talk about my insurance going up and he basically said I can go somewhere else if I like. Not A good answer.
