I was cancelled due to a few accidents that I had no control over but the main complaint was his employee Lauren a receptionist there who clearly can’t handle a professional job she was very rude and had no patients to help me with a online question I’ve never been so disrespected in my life for a human to have such hatred evidentially must be my age barrier but you know she will reach senior status and realize life challenges are more difficult I want to state Joe did get back to me via email and I would hope he doesn’t hav... read more
My wife and I were not able to reach our current Allstate agent regarding several problems that required immediate attention. I cold called the Parlato Agency. Joe and Lisa immediately took ownership of the problems and resolved them. They showed us the same level of concern as if we were regular clients of the agency, rather than the clients of another agency. My wife and I extremely are extremely grateful for their kind and patient assistance.
