I called and spoke with Erin about looking for a plan and she was so helpful.She helped cutting my insurance in half of what I was having to pay out through the company I have had for years.So thankful I decided to check around!!
Nikki was just great. She was able to get me the insurance I needed within the price I wanted to spend. She is very knowledgeable about all types of insurance as I needed 3 different policies. She worked very hard to get me all that I needed. She is an asset to your company. If ever I need any more insurance I will call her first and I have already given her name and number to family members that will need insurance in the very near future.
Was glad that Erin reached out to my wife and I concerning our auto policy renewals that were coming up with another company. She took the time to explain different coverages, sent me numerous quotes so that I could compare with the company that I had been with for the past year. After much discussion, we made the decision to proceed with Joseph Bullington agency for our auto and motorcycle policies. It worked out and it saved us a substantial amount of money. Glad that Erin made the cold call!!
