After being an Allstate customer for decades, I believe I was treated unfairly by Mr. Alfassa’s agency. My understanding is that the agency had all documentation necessary to process my refund by July 17. Despite that, my refund was not promptly processed. Instead, I was contacted with a more competitive premium only after I had made the decision to cancel my policy. Just a heads up DO NOT DEAL WITH FRANCESCA, she is disrespectful, incompetent and does not do her job. Any time I've called that office to speak to her, she is on a call, out to lunch regardless of time, day of the week etc., not to mention I have never received a return call. Instead of helping her clients she places them on the "Pay-No-Mind" list. In all my years of being insured I've never encountered anyone as unprofessional as Francesca Reilly. Do yourselves a favor stay far away from that office Respectfully Pete Omuro

I am happy to return to Allstate for car insurance. Joseph is a great agent and gets better rates than GEICO or Allstate online. Cancellation and any rate retrieval is also handled by his office. At full coverage on two vehicles if makes over 800$ difference.
