Joseph Alexander and his team are great! They are very helpful and thorough. Joseph helped me bundle vehicles and homes to get a lower rate. My dad got our home insurance through this man. When my dad passed away November of 2023, I tried to get ahold of Mr. Alexander to change to my name on the policy. I could NEVER get in contact with him whatsoever. I tried calling, email and stopping by the office. Almost a full YEAR I tried but yo no avail. This man has no business selling insurance for an animal let alone for a person/auto/home. I will try my best to get his license revoked.
They helped save us on insurance , provided similar or better coverage and have been most responsive to our changing needs , so yes , I'd recommend you speaking with them before you decide on your insurance provider.
This agency never answers the phone, returns calls or responds to emails. I have been dealing with this for several years and have finally had enough. The communication is horrible, the service is horrible, and the "phone staff" (if you're lucky enough to get an answer) is usually not knowledgeable and has to call you back for every question. The kicker is that they never call back. They take your money on time, send out the auto emails for additional quotes on other products, and send out emails asking to give them a good r... read more
