I stopped in for the first time yesterday at this office to open up a new account with Allstate and was treated promptly by Lizette, who I have to say was extraordinary accommodating and understanding. Little things matter to me, and I felt Lizette tailored my auto policy needs perfectly to my budget. Afterwards, Jorge Zayas, the office broker, introduced himself to me, welcomed me, and it was all very genuine. Though lighter in the wallet, I have to admit I walked out a happy camper.
