I spoke with Tiffany S from Mr Gutierrez Allstate location in Hobart Indiana. I have been with Allstate over 26 years. But now I wanted to change over my teenage son to own policy. She was sooo patient and thorough . Best customer service I have ever had. Ask for Tiffany if you have any questions. She worked hard with sending me different quote options. I can’t say enough about this great employee.
Nice people
Rates coming going up and up, with no communication. Then a significant increase and when I called I was 3X we are short handed and can’t find the right people, and can’t call everyone. The. Was told someone would call back and try to assist, and nothing. When I went in to cancel, didn’t even ask why.
Was involved in an incident in October and my car was totaled by a red light runner while my car was stopped at a red light. Unfortunately my car was totaled and while I did receive compensation for my vehicle I was told I would also get my deductible refunded since I wasn't at fault for the incident. Haven't received anyword on my refund.
