Mr Taylor is absolutely very kind .He's right there to answer any questions you might have. I felt very comfortable right from the start I definitely recommend this place They are so very thoughtful that they even sent me a birthday card thanks Mr Taylor.
I was a loyal customer of this insurance company for over 20 years, holding home, auto, and life policies with them. That loyalty was never reciprocated. In all that time, every single claim I made was denied. When I reported a roof leak with visible mold growing on the ceiling, they offered to buy me a gallon of paint instead of actually addressing the damage. Jon is GREAT! I'm a salesman at Valenti Jeep and we have a LOT of customers that use him. They are happy AND I enjoy calling him. Always responsive and he gets everything we need Correctly and quickly.
I was with agent for nearly 4 years while living in the area. He doesn’t bombard you with excessive or pointless emails, which I appreciate. Policy rates did go up every 6 months. Most recent rate hike was substantial. When questioned, all he could say was Allstate did a Connecticut wide increase. I will say friends with Geico were paying roughly the same rate for 3 cars (full coverage) as I paid for 1 (full coverage).
