Man these folks were good! Both Akshat and Kristin were great! It took a while because I was lacking some information they needed but AK got it quickly! When the call first started I thought he was an AI agent bc he was so quickly taking care of all the things I needed, and asking the next question - he was doing the task while we talked cars for a bit and I knew he was just really good at his job. Great start to my experience changing over my insurance. 10/10 so far
